Construction Law

We advise and guide our clients on various aspects of construction law, from project inception to completion, and further assist in the contractual documentation and dispute resolution. We are experienced in drafting and amending standard forms of contract used in the region. We also draft non-standard, project-specific contracts to suit the needs of our clients, better serving their interests.
 
The firm provides all forms of legal services required to deliver a project, from concept to delivery. These regularly include:
  • Drafting and review of and/or advice on all tender, RFP and RFI related documents
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all forms of project related contracts, including supply, maintenance and service contracts, contracts based on industry standard forms, alliance and PPP contracts, operation agreements, dredging and offshore works agreements, and a range of protective documents, such as collateral warranties and step-in agreements;
